This beautiful villa in Oliva, Valencia rests close to the Spanish coast and offers a splendid beach vacation. This place is ideal for a family with children or a group. In the main building of the Oliva Nova resort you will find a complete wellness center with indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The holiday villa is perfect for a coastal vacation as it is at walking distance from the sea. If you want to try local cuisines or get your daily essentials at the supermarket, then you only need to travel 0.5 km. Major attractions include the City of Arts and Sciences, Central Market, and L'Oceanogràfic.

The villa features a kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave to prepare meals of your choice. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for comfort in the sultry summers. Tips Owner

There are many restaurants in the resort. Also in Oliva and Denia are very good restaurants. The house is on walking distance from the sea. The house has a swimming pool. In the resort you can play golf. The hotel in the resort has a fitnessroom. There ara very nice villages in the mountains as Quadelest. The resort is exact halfway between the airports of Valencia and Alicante.

Good support from Tossal. Could be cleaner. 2 beds not good quality. No explation password and tv channels. We did any found German channels. Nice pool after cleaning.

De sleutel was eenvoudig op te halen, ook al was het kantoor gesloten. Goede communicatie hierover. Het huis heeft een fantastische sfeer en is lekker ruim. Het is gelegen in een prachtige vakantiewijk. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden en schoon. We hebben genoten van open haard, barbecue en het beneden- en boventerras. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd met hoge palmbomen.

Mooi huisje, genoeg ruimte en goed gelegen nabij de zee. Zeer verzorgde tuin met fijn zwembad en voldoende ligstoelen. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Leuke omgeving, aan de ene kant de zee met leuke stadjes zoals bijv. Javéa en aan de andere kant de bergen. Minpuntjes van het huis de deuren boven kraken enorm, als er iemand in de nacht naar de toilet moest was iedereen wakker. En de airco in de master bedroom (boven) maakte geluid alsof het stormde. Deze konden wij in de nacht niet aan laten. Op de melding die wij bij de beheerder ter plaatse hebben gedaan volgde helaas geen actie..

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetenes Haus . Es fehlen leider große Sonnenschirme am Pool. Ab umd zu gibt es auch störendes Straßen und Nachbachschaftslärm.
