Description

Detached villa in a quiet location with a private pool (completely renovated), 20 minutes by car from the bustling port city of Denia. The villa is furnished in a comfortable way; from the living room with garden doors, you can reach the covered terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of Monte Pego. There is also a DVD player, TV has options to stream Netflix with your own login details.

The first beaches (Las Marinas and Oliva) are only 10 km away, the town of Pego 6 km and Gandia 25 km. The centre of Denia with its castle and museum, the promenade with shops, pleasant restaurants and outdoor cafes is a 20-minute drive away. At the beach, you can go diving, surfing, canoeing and water skiing. Nature-lovers shouldn't miss the Montgó nature reserve.

You can park the car in front of the house on the public road. To make a delicious cup of coffee, there is a Nespresso, Senseo machine and a filter coffee machine. There is also an electric juicer and sandwich maker.

Geweldige woning op rustige ligging met zwembad Dat zwembad gebruiken we veel, want t is hier 34 graden Binnen is het heerlijk koel door de airco! Tripjes naar Gandia of Denia of mall in Ondara zijn binnen half uur te bereiken.

De villa was uitstekend. Het uitzicht en de rust was ook prachtig en we hebben het verder prima gehad. Alleen moeten de Spaanse fruitboeren hun snoeiafval niet zomaar verbranden. De gehele vallei was regelmatig blauw van de rook. Er lag een hele deken van rook over het stadje Pego. Dat is niet meer van deze tijd. Dit kan/moet anders.

Super mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht en groot zwembad Erg schoon en voorzien van alles, 2 Airco's, alles wat je kunt bedenken hebben we kunnen vinden, fijne bedden. Een min punt is waterdruk in het tweede badkamer was niet genoeg om te douchen, dus onze kinderen kwamen altijd bij in onze badkamer douchen. We hebben de rust gevonden, en we hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Er kwam om 2 dagen iemand zwembad schoonmaken. paar minuten rijden naar Aldi in pego voor boodschappen of naar Lidl in oliva binnen 10mi . Dus we komen hier wee terug maar deze keer voor langer verblijf. Bedankt voor alles
