Nice apartment fully renovated located in a residential area in Puerto de Pollensa. With up to 7 people, this apartment is presented as a perfect choice for a nice cheap holiday in Majorca. Just 100m from the sea and sandy beaches, this apartment has communal pool and garden but very private. Moreover, it overlooks the countryside and mountains.

The apartment has a hot and cold air conditioner. It also has WIFI internet throughout the house.

On Sunday there is a market in Pollensa, on the Placa Majo. The other way you come in the historic town of Alcúdia (12 km). The many old mansions, medieval gates, the small theater and the Monográfico de Pollentia museum are certainly worth a visit.
