Villa Malen’s offers 3 large fully equipped double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a generous and comfortable living room with access to WI-FI, and outdoor terraces next to a private pool.

This splendid villa has a wide variety of amenities and features that will make you feel at home. At the villa, your pet is also welcome. An additional supplement of €50 per pet will be charged upon arrival at the accommodation. This villa offers its highest quality welcome to all its guests, regardless of their origin, culture, or religion.

All guests must provide a valid email at the time of booking to send a form that must be filled out correctly so that the host can proceed with the police registration as it is required by law.

HOUSE'S RULES

-Parking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
- Villa Malen’s is not responsible for the custody of luggage.
-Parties or events, slamming doors, shouting, loud music, or anyone outside the reservation are not allowed (11 pm to 8 am).

- At the time of CHECK-IN, guests will pay the tourist tax (€3 per night per person).
-Children under 16 years old do not pay.
-Guests who cannot comply with the established check-in and check-out times will have to pay an additional supplement of €25 for the first hour and €10 for each subsequent hour.
- Guests who DO NOT COMPLY WITH ALL THE RULES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED, LOSING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.
