Positioned just 350 meters from Riells Beach and its scenic promenade, the apartment places guests within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities like go-karting and an amusement park. The beach is known for its wide, shallow waters, perfect for children and relaxed swimming. With the seafront just outside the door, and public amenities nearby, this location combines vibrant local life with a peaceful marine setting.
Inside, the apartment includes a cozy living-dining area that opens onto the sea-facing terrace, a compact but fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen is provided, while towels are available for a small additional fee. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, with disinfection included. Guests are required to leave a refundable security deposit, and key pickup is arranged through a local agency.
(Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.)
