This beautiful villa with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca is located 200 meters above sea level and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. A 5-minute drive away is a very picturesque beach hidden between high rocks. It is a perfect place for a walk and ideal for sports freaks to go for a bike ride. There are also some nice golf courses nearby such as ‘La Sella’ 5 km away. Nearby towns such as Moraira, El Portret, Calpe, and Javea are within 8 km and are worth a visit. A supermarket and restaurant are 5 km away. In addition to the private swimming pool, you can use the communal swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn all around. Ask the administrator for the access pass. For this you have to pay a small deposit. The fenced garden is the perfect place for preparing delicious meals on the gas cooker. The villa’s interior is cosy and has a wood burner. Public transport is 8 km away.
