Beautiful huge house with fantastic pool. Large, nice fridge/freezer with ice cubes. Aircon in all rooms. Great location/view, good possibility to park 2 cars on or below the property - BUT just missing the finishing touches to justify the high rent. Bottom step of the main staircase fallen down, The doors to the cordoned off/secured pool area are hanging or malfunctioning, the one aircon in the living room did not work, the stove malfunctioned/LEDs burned out, the hood is hung incorrectly so you bang your head into it, the oven the HPFI relay trips during the grill function, the double bed on the 1st floor creaks and bangs, the door to the same room cannot close, the outdoor grill is rusty and worn, you get bitten by small mosquitoes when you stay outside in the morning and evening, wasps are also a nuisance , the baby bed provided was without a mattress, the one adult bed had been forgotten to be supplied with sheets, the corner sofa in the living room covered with old carpets as it was worn and old. Suggestion: Cooler bag and ice blocks are provided

Die grosse und einstmals luxuriöse Villa präsentiert sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Eingangstor defekt, Gartenmöbel desolat, Fernsehen nicht möglich, Wäschtrockner eklig mit Staub verdreckt. Auch baulich ist es eher schlecht unterhalten. Wir werden einen neuen Ort suchen und vorzeitig die Villa verlassen. Über die Rückerstattung werden wir dann noch separat verhandeln. Sehr schade.

Supermooie locatie en voldoende ruimte aanwezig. Als je eenmaal weet hoe je binnen moet komen helemaal geen problemen meer.

Accommodatie is aan vernieuwing toe en ligt vrij afgelegen. Tot boven geraken met de wagen is bijna onmogelijk. Wij hebben eerst zelf moeten kuisen en daarna moeten betalen voor de “opkuis” ??? Ook zitten er wilde zwijnen die de afvalcontainers omduwen maar hier werd ons Niets over gemeld.

Precies zoals de foto's weergeven fantastisch uitzicht, prachtig zwembad, terrassen waanzinnig en binnen is het huis verzorgd, modern ingericht. Airco was heerlijk om te hebben voor de hele hete dagen. We werden warm begroet. Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis heeft wel een uitgesproken steile oprijlaan!
