The house has a backyard where you can find a grassy area and a table with chairs to enjoy meals or dinners outdoors, in addition to cooking on the house's fixed barbecue. We have an outdoor shower so that on the hottest days, you can cool off in it. At the entrance of the house you will find a charming terrace ideal for having a glass of wine al fresco or reading a good book.

The approximately 250 m2 of the house make each space spacious and fresh. It has a large room that is in the same space as the dining room, it has air conditioning and is very bright, it has a table with chairs to eat with the family and a comfortable sofa with two armchairs where you can take a good nap or relax after an intense day at the beach. It has a second large living room with two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob, it has all the necessary utensils to be able to comfortably cook your best dishes; It is enabled for eating as it has a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, another with a single bed, and the third with two single beds; all of them equipped with a fan. There are two bathrooms with shower, spacious and comfortable. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair.

Santanyi is a town in the south of the island well known for its tourist attraction, just 5km from the coast, this town is ideal to enjoy a magnificent vacation. Its beautiful coves and virgin beaches are ideal to rest and disconnect and spend a dream vacation. One of the must-visits for visitors to the area is the Mondragó Natural Park, ideal for contemplating the native species and the unbeatable landscape. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
