If there is an open fire fireplace or stove in the house be careful that the firedon't grow too tall and don't use damp wood or anything that could start a fire.If you are not sure how the fireplace is used, ask the landlord or owner, whatwill be willing to inform you. Buy firewood, don't collect it from gardens. The landlordit can tell you where to get it.10. You cannot put hot pans on the counter or table. Use amat.11. Unless stated otherwise, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If allowedsmoking outside (balcony, garden). If you do not respect this rule, you risk being sanctioned.12. Very Bad the house is still in renovation. Why not finish renovation before renting the house out
