We urge our guests to treat the farm manager and / or theowner with the utmost respect and that they accept their rules.2. The maximum occupancy is indicated in the travel documents and must not be exceeded inno case. The administrator may deny access to additional guests atthe rented accommodation or increase the costs on the bill.3. The additional expenses, if they have been included in the proof of stay, eithertourist taxes, cleaning service, bed linen or a deposit, must bebe paid upon arrival.4. Any type of flooding in the bathroom will damage the décor and flooring.The guest will be held responsible for any damage that may occur. TheRepair costs will be charged to you, even after your departure.8. Always use sheets on the bed. If you do not do so, you may be charged the costs ofcleaning pillows, blankets and mattresses.9. If there is an open fire fireplace or stove in the house be careful that the firedon't grow too tall and don't use damp wood or anything that could start a fire.If you are not sure how the fireplace is used, ask the landlord or owner, whatwill be willing to inform you. Buy firewood, don't collect it from gardens. The landlordit can tell you where to get it.10. You cannot put hot pans on the counter or table. Use amat.11. Unless stated otherwise, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If allowedsmoking outside (balcony, garden). If you do not respect this rule, you risk being sanctioned.12. Have you brought any pets? Be careful not to sit on sofas orbeds and always keep it on the leash.13. Respect the garden and do not uproot flowers or damage trees and plants. Do not turn onno fire!
