You are close to the centre that has many nice shops and restaurants worth trying. Buy kitchen essentials from the supermarket located 2 km away. There are nice restaurants 200 m away offering tasty delicacies and drinks. Estación de Esquí de Navacerrada skiing area is 50 km away worth visiting. This house is not far from the Madrid city.

The air-conditioning will keep the place cool in the summers whereas heating will keep you warm indoors. Enjoy a barbecue night on the roofed-terrace with your pals. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. If you're staying for a longer duration and do not want to leave the car on the street, upon payment, your car can be parked easily. Here you will find, among other things, the telephone numbers ofdoctors, police and firefighters, as well as the contact number of the owner of theHouse.In addition, this regulation contains a series of rules that must be followed. We begfollow the rules and respect the house.We take this opportunity to wish you a good holiday.HOUSE REGULATION1. We urge our guests to treat the farm manager and / or theowner with the utmost respect and that they accept their rules.2. The maximum occupancy is indicated in the travel documents and must not be exceeded inno case. The administrator may deny access to additional guests atthe rented accommodation or increase the costs on the bill.3. The additional expenses, if they have been included in the proof of stay, eithertourist taxes, cleaning service, bed linen or a deposit, must bebe paid upon arrival.4. We ask you not to move the furniture, as this may cause damage andunnecessary wear on furniture and floors. The landlord can charge you the extra expensesat your own expense if the furniture needs to be put back in place or if thecause damage.5. Do not open rooms or closets that are locked and therefore arefor private use.6. Do not throw anything down the toilet, bathtub, sink or other drains (tampons, sanitary napkins,diapers). Do not throw away cleaning products that are harmful to the environment.(such as chlorine), grease or food scraps down the drains or toilet, as it cancause a major traffic jam.7. Any type of flooding in the bathroom will damage the décor and flooring.The guest will be held responsible for any damage that may occur. TheRepair costs will be charged to you, even after your departure.8. Always use sheets on the bed. If you do not do so, you may be charged the costs ofcleaning pillows, blankets and mattresses.9. If there is an open fire fireplace or stove in the house be careful that the firedon't grow too tall and don't use damp wood or anything that could start a fire.If you are not sure how the fireplace is used, ask the landlord or owner, whatwill be willing to inform you. Buy firewood, don't collect it from gardens. The landlordit can tell you where to get it.10. You cannot put hot pans on the counter or table. Use amat.11. Unless stated otherwise, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If allowedsmoking outside (balcony, garden). If you do not respect this rule, you risk being sanctioned.12. Have you brought any pets? Be careful not to sit on sofas orbeds and always keep it on the leash.13. Respect the garden and do not uproot flowers or damage trees and plants. Do not turn onno fire! Do not drive over lawns or gardens. Thisit is strictly forbidden to set up tents.14. Take care not to cause a nuisance. Comply with the rule of respecting silence fornights, from 10pm.15. We take the environment very seriously and therefore the separation ofwaste. General waste can only be placed in garbage bagsclosed in the containers indicated for this purpose. Glass, plastic, metal and papershould be separated, as far as possible, from the rest of conventional waste andThey will deposit (if available) in the corresponding containers. The truckthe garbage passes the hours. We beg you to take out the garbage to the placeindicated before that time.16. All guests are required to be careful with water, electricity,diesel and gas. The house was very clean and tidy. Our children love it. Everything works well. And the owner also too friendly. The house located near supermarket. Pharmacy and restaurants and children playground. I really recommend that for family.
