This detached holiday home for a maximum of 14 people is located in the holiday resort of Leogang in Salzburgerland, directly in the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area.

The holiday home is a semi-detached house (right part), which is divided into two modern holiday apartments. The holiday apartment on the ground floor has a living room with a wood stove, a sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom . There is a second bedroom with bathroom in the basement. The holiday apartment on the first floor has a living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the balcony, an open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds) and a bathroom.

There is a washing machine and a sauna in the basement. The house's ski storage room is shared with other guests who live in the left part of the house.

The holiday resort of Leogang is surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, a good starting point for an active holiday in Pinzgau and offers lots of outdoor activities.

In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes. Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of slopes, and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers 60 kilometers of slopes.

In the Saalfelden - Leogang region there are 3 outdoor pools for lots of swimming fun in summer: the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden, the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang and the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, as well as a large selection of restaurants.
