Description

This holiday home has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, ideal for a family. Quietly located 1 km from the ski lifts and the centre of Fiss.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is located 80 km south-west of Innsbruck. In summer, the Super-Sommer-Card is available for a fee incl. cable cars, hiking bus, Mini-Maxi-Club, Murmliclub and much more. If you want to benefit from this guest card, you need to inform the house owner before arrival. He will send you the link for registering the guest card. The heated ski depot right by the lift costs €2.50 extra per person per day.

The flat is in the attic and is comfortably furnished. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher and at the house is a terrace where you can relax outdoors. Wi-Fi is available in the house.

The ski bus stop is 10 m away and takes you to a vast ski area with 200 km of slopes and 70 lifts, ideal for beginners and advanced skiers.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus Sandra in der Dachgeschosswohnung welche ideal für 2 Personen ist ggf. noch mit 1-2 kleinen Kindern. Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, Küche ist ausreichend und Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Skibus der innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Talstation in Fiss ist. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Prachtig appartement met een super spontane aardige gastvrouw. Maak gebruik vd broodjes service, iedere dag vers voor je deur! Ligging perfect, om de hoek de skibus maar wij liepen iedere morgen naar de lift, via achterom door het veld, makkelijk te doen!! Je bent ook zo in het dorp… Super schoon en erg hygiënisch…top locatie, echt een aanrader!!!! Onze grote dank voor deze prachtige vakantie!!!..

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen de nodige uitleg... Appartement is heel rustig gelegen in Fisser Höfe, skibus vlakbij en je kan ook via wandelpad naar Fiss (1600 meter of 20 minuutjes wandelen). Via de accomodatie krijg je in Fiss vlak aan de liften een locker voor je skimateriaal in te bewaren, heel handig zonder al dat materiaal op de bus ☺ Kortom, het is een zalig verblijf en super proper en ruim appartement!!!
