This quietly located holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a holiday home in Brixen im Thale in Tyrol, directly in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a cozy living/dining room, an open, well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a ski storage room in the holiday home and the garden and terrace are shared with other guests. You can park directly at the house.

Nestled in gentle grassy mountains with extensive alpine pastures, the charming town of Brixen im Thale is located in the middle of the Brixental, about 10 minutes by car from the famous Kitzbühel. In summer the town and the surrounding area is a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, in winter Brixen im Thale is part of the well-known ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria with over 270 kilometers of slopes and 82 modern lifts.

The ski lift to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area is only 400 m away, and various hiking trails and cycle paths are a convenient distance of just 200 m. The golf course and the public swimming pool are also just around the corner.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Kitzbühel, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Het huisje is makkelijk te vinden, zit aan de doorgaande weg. De ontvangst door de heer Lanbach was super. De locatie is fantastisch (met snowboardschoenen) loop je in vijf minuten naar de liften/apresski PapalaPub. Het huisje zelf is prima voor 4 personen, voor 5 wat te krap. Het huisje is goed uitgerust, maar de spullen zijn wel wat verouderd. Bijvoorbeeld nieuwe kussens, nieuw beddengoed en nieuwe handdoeken zouden wel prettig zijn.

Dit apartement ligt op loopafstand van de gondel, dat vonden wij ideaal, we hebben de auo de hele week niet hoeven te gebruiken, Alles was netjes en schoon, goed werkend WiFi en Nederlandse zenders op de TV (toch ook heel fijn), Er liggen zelfs een stuk of 50 DVD's die je kunt kijken, Kortom een prima apartement,
