Description

This beautifully situated holiday home is located in Afritz am See, in the beautiful "regional valley" south of Verditz and offers a wonderful view over the valley. The house has four comfortably furnished holiday apartments.

This apartment for a maximum of 3 people is approx. 50 m2 in size and is located on the first floor. In addition to the large bedroom with a double bed and access to the large balcony, it has accommodation for a third person on the sofa bed in the living room. The separate kitchen adjoins the living room, which also offers access to the balcony with fantastic views. This apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday home is a true paradise for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and you can be in Villach in 25 minutes.

In summer you can also relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.

If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

In short, you definitely can't miss out on a vacation in this beautiful holiday home!

Mooi ruim appartement met schitterend uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die oprecht geïnteresseerd is in wat je die dag hebt gedaan. Ook dit jaar ontbrak het heerlijke zelfgemaakte gebak niet. Een oase van rust en toch ligt de stad Villach maar op 20 minuten rijden. Een schitterend gebied om te wandelen maar ook fietsen, mountainbiken behoren tot de mogelijkheden. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

Huiseigenaar wachtte ons al op en heette ons welkom. Leidde ons rond in het appartement en gaf ons toen de gelegenheid om even tot rust te komen en ons te installeren. Later die middag werden de formaliteiten afgehandeld. Mooi groot goed onderhouden appartement met een schitterend uitzicht op het dal en omringende bergen.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse. Het is een mooi typisch Oostenrijks huis, mooie appartementen, licht en schoon! We kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen. De accommodatie ligt op ± 900 meter hoogte. Villach ligt op 20 minuten rijden, net als de Bodensee, Klagenfurt op ± 45 minuten. Prachtige omgeving.
