This beautiful detached wooden chalet in a beautiful location for a maximum of 6 people is located in a quiet chalet park near Stadl an der Mur in Styria. The beautiful surroundings, the special location and the peace make this chalet a wonderful holiday destination.

The chalet has a beautiful living room, equipped with a cozy, original Austrian dining area and sitting area, which can also be used as a sofa bed, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to an enclosed sun terrace. The chalet also has 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and a storage room for skis, for example. The car can be parked directly at the chalet.

There are many facilities in the immediate vicinity of the park, such as a swimming lake (beach) 600 meters away with floating jetties, a children's playground, restaurant and tennis court. The chalet is located approx. 2 km from the village center with shops and restaurants. The chalet is located 15 km from the historic city center and the Murau golf course, in one of the sunniest and most untouched areas of Austria.

The Murau ski region consists of 2 ski areas: Lachtal and Kreischberg with a total of 88 kilometers of slopes and 23 ski lifts. The Kreischberg & Lachtal ski area is particularly popular as a family ski area. The Turracher Höhe ski area offers 43 kilometers of slopes and, with an altitude of up to 2205 meters, is one of the most snow-sure ski areas.

Klein terras, niet aan de zonnige kant gelegen. Een buiten tafel ontbrak, waardoor wij niet buiten konden eten. Zwembad niet toegankelijk. Ons huisje had weinig privacy, stond pal naast een ander huisje. Omgeving wel mooi maar niet heel veel te doen. Wel een mooi meer bij zonnig weer.

Te duur voor de kwaliteit. Slaapkamer oké, badkamer oké. Geen comfortabele stoelen. Geen deksel op de pannen?? Vier handdoeken voor twee personen voor een week. Ongezellige verlichting. Als de eigenaar € 500,— investeerd is het een stuk klantvriendelijker.

De accomodatie was erg schoon! We liepen zelfs de schoonmaakster tegen het lijf. Zij kwam later nog een wasje die in de machine zat halen. We hadden ons echter moeten melden bij de receptie van het park. Dit was voor ons niet duidelijk geworden. Gelukkig waren de beheerders behulpzaam.

Leuk Huisje op een mooie plek. veel te doen in de omgeving alles aanwezig in het huis. Enig nadeel is als je doucht er water naar beneden lekt door het plafon. is niet veel maar toch , zal ik er als eigenaar er wat aan doen.
