This beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet apartment for a maximum of 12 people is located in a luxuriously built chalet apartment complex in the lively Sankt Johann im Pongau - Alpendorf in Salzburgerland. The chalet apartment complex is located almost on the slopes of the Snow Space Salzburg ski area, the slopes can be reached on foot in approx. 200 meters.

The chalet apartment is located on the ground floor, is luxuriously and generously equipped and offers a large living room with terrace, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 stackable beds, one with 2 double beds) and 3 spacious bathrooms. In the chalet apartment complex there is a relaxation room with a sauna (for a fee), as well as a room with a washing machine and dryer (shared with other guests) and a ski storage room (shared with other guests). Parking is available directly at the chalet apartment complex.

Alpendorf is part of St. Johann im Pongau and is located in the heart of Salzburgerland, so you can stay very centrally in both winter and summer. Around Alpendorf you will find many sights and opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. In winter, Ski amade's Snow Space Salzburg ski area with its resorts of Flachau, Wagrain and Sankt Johann im Pongau with 210 kilometers of slopes, 12 peaks and 5 valleys is at your feet. With the connection to Flachauwinkl/Zauchensee, Snow Space Salzburg is one of the 5 largest ski areas in the Austrian Alps. You can also use the same Ski Amadé pass to visit other ski areas at no additional cost.

In summer, the forest swimming pool in Sankt Johann im Pongau, the adventure swimming lake in Eben im Pongau and the Schlosshof swimming lake in Sankt Johann im Pongau offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Het appartement is in hele goede staat, schoon en ligt op loopafstand van de skilift in Alpendorf. Fijn dat er ook keukeninventaris is die toereikend is om voor 12 personen te koken, én een broodjesservice. Helaas is op het terras (soort binnenplaats) geen zon. Het complex is totaal niet gehorig, we hebben de andere gasten niet gehoord.

Fantastisch appartement met alles er op en aan. Klein min puntje is dat Alpendorf alleen maar uit hotels bestaat. Wel is alles in St. Johann te vinden.

Fijn appartement, niet ver van de piste, fijn om met twee gezinnen in te verblijven. We zijn al eens eerder geweest. Vanwege de goede ervaringen opnieuw geboekt. Gondel tot groot ski gebied is dichtbij. Tafelgerei mag wel een update.

Comfortabel appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de beheerder verloopt zeer goed, je krijgt direct antwoordt. Zelfs meer als omschreven, campingbedje en kinderstoel ook aanwezig. Enige opmerking bij aankomst moete zoek naar sleutel in sleutelkluisje. Sleutekluisje bevindt zich achter de grote houten schuifdeuren voor de entree.

Man kann viele Unternehmungen in naher Umgebung machen, z.B. Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren im Großarltal (Tal der Almen), bei Schlechtwetter kann man die Liechtensteinklamm oder z.B. die Sprungschanze in Bischofshofen besuchen!

Die FeWo ist an sich schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings sollte der große Kühlschrank im Flur durch ein leiseres Gerät ersetzt werden, das vorhandene Gerät brummt sehr laut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und ruhig. Der Service vor Ort war sehr nett. Leider hatten wir laute Nachbarn über uns, die die Nacht zum Tag machten, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts..

Heerlijke omgeving. Heel mooi ruim appartement met fijne badkamers. Veel wandelmogelijkheden. Sleutel makkelijk te verkrijgen maar duidelijker aangeven waar sleutelkluis zich bevindt. Was bij toeval omdat ik andere gast zag - vertekende foto van het terras...zeer beperkt tussen muurtjes in/ongezellig. - beneden zit je echt wel beetje te kijk en tegen de autos aan te kijken. Klaarblijkelijk overheen gelezen maar wordt niet zo duidelijk gezegd. Omdat je hele dag weg bent niet heel erg.

Aankomst was meteen goed in het begin. Zeer onder de indruk van de kwaliteit van het huisje. Slaapvertrekken waren prima, keuken is prima, ligging is goed. Bedden waren uitstekend en de omgeving is mooi. De achtertuin van dit huis is een betonnen wand. (Scheiding van het huis er naast), maar de voorkant was vrijzicht op de bergen en het dal.

De accomodatie was heerlijk ruim, we verbleven er met 10 personen. fijne bedden, drie badkamers is ook prettig. inderdaad op loopafstand van de ski-lift, helaas in het dal niet voldoende sneeuw om helemaal tot/vanuit de voordeur te skiën maar verder topvakantie gehad. ski gebied met zeer veel mogelijkheden
