This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in a villa in the middle of Fügen, in the heart of the Zillertal winter sports region in Tyrol.

The apartment is comfortably and comfortably furnished in typical Tyrolean style with great attention to detail and lots of wood. It offers a spacious living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a children's bedroom with a cot, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 2 balconies. The villa also has a lounge and a ski storage room. You can park directly under the illuminated carport.

Fügen is the largest municipality in the Zillertal and offers holidaymakers lots of outdoor activities and excursion destinations. Enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains of the Zillertal, the ski bus, which stops practically on the doorstep, takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen with over 90 kilometers of pistes and Spieljoch-Fügen with almost 20 kilometers of pistes.

There is action and relaxation all year round at the Erlebnistherme Zillertal and in summer the outdoor pool in Fügen offers lots of bathing fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Zeer ruim appartement. Keuken is voorzien van zeer uitgebreid kookgerei en servies. Appartement is zeer schoon. We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de verhuurder. Omgeving is zeer rustig. Aanbevolen voor slechte slapers. We hebben een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad met zeer mooi weer en de fantastische skipistes van Hoch Fügen. De busverbinding naar Hoch Fügen was geweldig, nooit langer dan 10 minuten hoeven te wachten en bushalte vlakbij het appartement.

Slechtste villa ooit waar wij vakantie gevierd hebben . Prijs , kwaliteit ver te zoeken . Keuken zeer gedateerd , geen vaatwasser rommelig servies en bestek . Geen droogdok voor de ski,s en schoenen . Overal in de kasten spullen van oude bewoners . Etensresten moesten in een keukenkast worden bewaard . Sommige keukenkasten moest je dicht doen met een ingeslagen kromme spijker . Badkamer met douche kon de deur niet eens van open , kwam tegen de wasbak aan . Andere badkamer alleen een ligbad, geen douche . Erg rommelig allemaal . Staat bij 500 meter van de lift , maar is alleen omhoog lopen , niet te doen . Skibus wel op 100 meter .

Very nice place, nearby the citycentre and ski centre (bus), with a wide open beautiful view, a nice carport for the car, lots of stairs to reach the apartment. Great: Three toilets and two bathrooms for six persons. Should be nice to have a locker for ski equipment downstairs and in the kitchen it would be nice to have a dishwasher.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime accommodatie en heel veel materiaal voor baby aanwezig bedjes, beddengoed, badje, verschoningsmat, luieremmer,... Leuke omgeving maar veel bergop (ook de ski lift is bergop) dus bus nemen als je niet te voet wil

De eigenaren hebben we nauwelijks gezien, het contact verliep via sms maar wel erg vriendelijk. Het huis is ruim, de slaap- en badkamers zijn prima, woonkamer en keuken erg gedateerd maar dat heeft ook wel zijn charme. Helaas geen vriezer (erg onhandig als je bevroren hondenvoer bij je hebt) en geen vaatwasser, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Tuin is fijn, hele dag zon. Skigebieden Spieljoch, Hochfugen en Kaltenbach zijn dichtbij en hier konden we naar hartelust skieeen.

Aankomst prima geregeld en werden hartelijk ontvangen. Waren erg vroeg maar konden gelukkig meteen al in het huis. Heel groot ruim huis waarbij iedereen lekker zijn gang kan gaan ruime keuken en grote woonkamer met aparte hoek waar we een speelplek voor de kinderen konden maken. Keuken wel heel erg verouderd en geen vaatwasser helaas. Woonkamer mag ook een keer aangepakt worden. Alle verdere vertrekken uitstekend en netjes. Al met al een aanrader!!
