The spacious house is spread over 4 floors and equipped with a luxury kitchen, a party room with bar and a media room with smart TV and PlayStation. You will stay comfortably with family and friends.
Haus Arlberg is just 7 (ski bus or car) minutes from St Anton, with a bus stop right outside the door. Through a small street right next to the property, you walk within 30 metres into the main street of Pettneu, where a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, GP, sports shop and a number of restaurants are at hand. The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of St Anton am Arlberg, known for its ski championships. As the largest interconnected ski area in Austria and one of the five largest ski areas in the world, Ski Arlberg guarantees an unforgettable winter sports experience.
As if that were not enough, you can completely unwind in your own sauna after a long day on the slopes. The bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors feature private balconies with sensational mountain views.

Date of stay: December 2022 - January 2023Haus Arlberg is een geweldige accommodatie met alles wat je 'nodig' hebt. 15 slaapkamers, 10 badkamers,dus veel privacy. Ruime verblijfsruimte met bar+tap, poolbiljart, bioscoop,sauna Dicht bij skibushalte die je in 15 min naar de Nassereinlift brengt. Goed geoutilleerde keuken waarin we voor 29 personen iedere avond gekookt hebben. De eigenaar en hostess zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageren zeer adequaat op vragen. Via de eigenaar kun je broodjes laten bezorgen door de bakker.'s avonds voor 23 uur besteld (via een link), 's ochtends voor 6.30 voor de deur gezet. Prima skigebied, iets minder voor jonge kinderen. We zijn er nu voor het tweede achtereenvolgende jaar en komen er volgend jaar zeker weer.

Iedereen was ontzettend tevreden over de kwaliteit van de accommodatie en de faciliteiten sluiten aan bij wat je nodig hebt voor een aangename wintersport vakantie. In coronatijd toch kunnen gaan mede dankzij de goede en duidelijke communicatie van de huiseigenaar.
