Resting near the Dachstein-West ski area, this is a splendid chalet in Annaberg-Lungötz. It is ideal for a family or a group, accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

During winter, the Dachstein-West ski area is a paradise for winter sports. The chalet is only 200 m from the forest. The nearest restaurant is also at 200 m if you would like to dine out. The local grocery store and the town centre are 4 km away. For a superb day out, the lake lies at 8 km.

A living room with TV, gas fireplace and CD player invites you to spend some quality time together. There is a balcony if you wish to enjoy some outdoor times. Childrens bed and high chair are offered to the little travelers.
The swimming pool and the two saunas, located in the main building in the middle of the resort, invite you to relax.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna und Schwimmbad sind nicht optimal. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Mooi huis. Goed schoon en zeer compleet. Wat een mooi uitzicht hebben we hier??. Ook waren we zaterdag om half 10 s ochtends al hier, en konden we het huisje al in. Geweldig goed.

ivm verplichte booster in Oostenrijk was het niet duidelijk of we begin januari naar Oostenrijk konden. Heb rechtstreeks met het vakantie park gebeld of we het gratis konden omboeken. Geen probleem als ik dit kon kortsluiten met Belvilla. Helaas vroeg Belvilla hier 70% procent van de reissom voor. Te gek voor woorden!

Die Lage ist sehr schön.Das kostenlose Schwimmbad auch nett.Eine Waschmaschine war freudigerweise vorhanden obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung stand( hätten uns nur ein Koffer Klamotten sparen können) Das Haus ist allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Fussleisten sind kaputt.Steckdosen nich richtig befestigt.Sofa fleckig.Duschvorhang schimmelig.Das Küchen Equipment gewöhnungsbedürftig.Leider kein Backofen. Über den Bildergeschmack und die Deko kann man streiten.Der Preis ist für die Nebensaison ok. Den Preis für die Hauptsaison würde ich nur in einem besseren Zustand des Hauses bezahlen . Viele kleine Mängel die sicherlich schnell und kostengünstig beseitigt werden könnten um es den Gästen gemütlicher zu machen.

Het is een mooi en handig ingericht vrijstaand vakantiehuisje. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen, rustig gelegen, vlakbij kablebaantje.
