This is the perfect place for an unforgettable winter sports holiday in Austria. This nice top-floor apartment is located near the centre of Wagrain and offers a sun terrace with seating area and a great view. You can stay comfortably with your partner or family.

Wagrain is not big in the area, but it is in the name! It is known for its beautiful landscape, its beautiful ski areas and many hiking trails through the mountains. The hiking bus stop is about 350 m from the house. You will find nice sights such as the St. Johann church and the castle of Wagrain, and numerous traditional Austrian festivals and events are organized. Traditional Austrian restaurants in the centre serve local specialities such as Schnitzel and Tafelspitz. You are near Grafenbergbahn 1 km with adventure playground on the mountain, swimming pool "Wasserwelt Wagrain" can be reached via a pleasant hiking trail in approx. 30 min. or by car in approx. 5 min. The Grafenbergbahn, to the centre is about 2 km away and so is the adventure playground on the mountain. You can enjoy the daily free entrance to the swimming pool with the guest card.

For a quiet start to the holiday day, you can go to the attractive living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you prepare for a long day in the snow. The kitchen offers you the possibility to prepare breakfast according to your wishes and the balcony is ideal for a relaxing end of the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, and oven. As the day comes to an end, you can relax in the comfortable bedrooms watching your favorite TV shows. There is free WiFi throughout the house. Towels and bed linen are included.
