Atmospheric chalet with two beautiful holiday apartments, garden and rustic sauna hut on the property, in the middle of the Almdorf (1600 m above sea level). Due to its height alone, Königsleiten is the perfect starting point for many mountain and hut tours. Arriving at one of the many peaks, the view of the majestic mountains of the Hohe Tauern falls. Friends of the cooling water romp in the nearby Durlassbodensee, a bathing lake with spring water.

Activities nearby: Visit the highest waterfalls in Europe, the Krimml Waterfalls. This unique natural monument can be reached in about 15 minutes by car via the new Gerlospass (toll). But your holiday home is also the perfect starting point for other activities. A Nordic walking route passes by the house just 50 meters away and the next hiking route is also 50 meters away, and a nice cycling path leads through the Wildgerlo Valley, about 3 km away. Cycling and walking maps are available on site and you can also participate in guided walks (sometimes for a fee)

Date of stay: May 2019Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Einziger Nachteil: Bei Belegung der darüberliegenden Wohnung stören die Geräusche der dort wohnenden Urlauber etwas, Positiv am Urlaubsort war die Möglichkeit sich täglich am Morgen Brötchen bringen zu lassen, Unserem Sohn hat auch das Planetarium mit Sternwarte in Königsleiten sehr gut gefallen,

Date of stay: July 2016Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ließ zu wünschen übrig, Der Kühlschrank sowie die Microwelle mit Lebebsmittelreste behaftet, Auf dem Geschirr befanden sich noch Speisereste, Das Bad zimmer wahr so klein das es wohl nur für schlanke Menschen gedacht ist, Das Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer hatte gerade mal eine größe von 197cm x 135cm Das obere Bett wahr nur 192cm x 60cm groß, Das untere Bett wahr nur 192cm x 75cm groß, Die Matraze des oberen Bettes wahr verschimmelt und mit einem stück vergammeltem Schaumstoff auf 192cm verlängert worden, Die Deckenbeleuchtung wahr defekt, Die Nachstischwandlampe hing am Stromkabel lose an der Wand herunter, Die Bilder der Außenansicht entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten,
