The flat also offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Due to its favourable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small village of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognised neighbour to the town of Kitzbühel and a popular destination for guests looking for peace and relaxation, but who do not want to miss out on the wide range of infrastructural facilities in the top region of Kitzbühel.
