Description

The village of Aschau is in a quiet location. It is in the heart of the Zillertal Valley. The apartment is at an altitude of 850 m. It was built recently and is in a modern style. The house is in a cul-de-sac in a delightful, quiet area. Free Wifi ensure that you can work remotely and surf without any problems.

The village is 13 km from Mayrhofen and 30 km from the famous Hintertuxer Glacier. You can ski on the glacier during the summer. The cabin-lift in Kaltenbach will take you to the ski-area. You'll find more than 80 km of ski-runs there. The sauna can be used once per stay for free.

The up-to-date kitchen has a wealth of built-in equipment. There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms. You can enjoy breathtaking views as far as Mayrhofen. Please take care on the steep mountain road to the house in winter. Air-conditioning and Heating ensure a moderate temperature indoors. Parking will keep a spot free for your car. Ski-boot heaters will keep your boots fresh and dry.

Prima accommodatie, erg schoon en redelijke goed uitgerust. Het appartement ligt 300 meter boven het dal en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht! De steile weg er naartoe is nogal spannend doordat op veel punten tegenliggers elkaar niet kunnen passeren. Door de westelijke ligging en gebrek aan airco/ventilatie wordt het appartement 's zomers erg warm. De eigenaar woont onder het appartement en is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De plek is fantastisch, mooi uitzicht. De accommodatie netjes, eenvoudig. Het noodzakelijke is aanwezig. Een klein balkon, geen tuin en maar 1 wc/doucheruimte zijn misschien minpuntjes. De weg naar boven is wat steil en smal maar slechts 2km en het uitzicht is het waard.

Appartement ligt op een kleine 900 meter hoogte aan een doodlopende weg en is na een korte maar steile klim te bereiken. Rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op het Zillertal. Het appartement was precies zoals is weergegeven op de foto's, een foto van het mooiste uitzicht (richting Zell am Ziller) ontbreekt zelfs nog. Wij hebben het appartement gebruikt als uitvalsbasis voor wandel- en fietstochten en dat beviel uitstekend. Binnen ontbrak het ons aan niets, ook netjes schoon bij aankomst. Wat ons het meest bij zal blijven is de fantastische locatie en het prachtige uitzicht. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen,naast een watervalletje. Geen last van de hordes toeristen in Oostenrijk. In stumm een leuk zwembad, in zell am ziller rodelen etc. Wandelen en fietsen kan vanuit huis. Huis heeft alles wat je nodig bent, prima voor elkaar.
