The holiday home nestle high above the town of Bramberg. You can enjoy a truly splendid view of the valley from the home. You can also enjoy the sheer tranquillity and pure air of the mountains. This is the perfect base for exhilarating mountain walks with your partner or family.

Take a nice walk through the impressive nature, directly into the mountains, or visit centers of nearby places such as Steinach, Neukirchen am Großvenediger or Bramberg am Wildkogel. In addition to nice shops and a supermarket for the daily supplies, you will also find cozy restaurants for a night out.

The holiday home have balconies with wonderful views. Haus Birkleiten has a huge piece of land around the house and a sloping garden. There is parking available and you have a large kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes. There is a cot for the smaller holiday maker.

We hebben het verblijf in dit huisje niet positief ervaren. De ligging van het huisje en het uitzicht zijn mooi, maar verder is er weinig positiefs over te melden. Het is een donker huisje met weinig lichtinval in het donkerbruine interieur. Er is - afgezien van de mooie, bloemrijke uitstraling aan de buitenkant - niets gedaan om het huisje gezellig te maken. De meubels en de vloerbedekking zijn oud, donkerbruin en saai; de gordijnen in de woonkamer te smal om het raam volledig te bedekken. De warmwatervoorziening viel twee keer in één week uit. Dat werd overigens wel verholpen. Afgezien van de ligging en het uitzicht is dit huisje geen aanrader.

Heel mooi gelegen huis, zeer vriendelijke mensen. Om de GASTENKAART moet wel de dag van aankomst gevraagd worden. Helaas is er geen mixer in huis, EN geen garde, zodat de slagroom voor op de Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte met een vork geklopt moest worden(pffffffffffff) ...;-))) Bereikbaarheid is goed, en broodjes zijn er op 4km afstand te halen.... Supermarkten zijn er ook in de buurt, waarvan de SPAR het goedkoopste is... Verder een fijne vakantie gehad, waarbij de watervallen van Krimml en de Grossglockner zeer zeker aanrsders zijn om te bezoeken. Hiervoor ligt het huis ook mooi centraal!!! Voor de dieselrijders: een tankstation met GEWONE diesel MET zwavel: er ligt een 6km richting Mittersill een tankstation aan de linkse kant, waarbij op de hoofdweg alleen de aanduiding DIESEL staat, metb de prijs erbij. Het tankstation is een automaat waar briefgeld ingegeven kan worden...:-))) Zeer goed bevallen allemaal!!!!

es war eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche für uns alle unsere Wohnung war sehr schön wir kommen mal wieder nach Österreich und dann bestimmt ins Haus Birkleiten Hauseigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit Danke Danke Danke
