This spacious apartment in Leogang is suitable for two people and perfect for a holiday with your partner. The ski lift is only 200 m away from the apartment.

Directly overlooking the idyllic center of Leogang, with magnificent views of the imposing Leogang mountain range, you will find this spacious apartment with its own entrance. The spacious living room/bedroom offers plenty of space and is nicely appointed. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom as well as a private terrace. The view is fantastic.

In winter, the ski slope (Schanteilift, which is open three evenings a week: night skiing with floodlights) is only 300 meters away and you can ski almost to your apartment. The apartment is only 5 minutes by car (3 km) from the gigantic ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. The ski shuttle leaves from the village and you can go down the ski slope to the village.
From the village there is also access to an extensive network of cross-country ski trails (from Leogang in Tyrol or via Saalfelden to Maria Alm, Hintertal or Maishofen to Zell am See and beyond). In the surroundings you will find idyllic and illuminated toboggan runs. Hiking trails (winter) await you directly in front of the house!

Na tel contact of we er eerder in mochten werd er half 4 gezegd. Toen we om half 4 kwamen werd er half 5 gesnauwd. 90min later dan 15 uur!!!!! Want het moest nog schoongemaakt worden omdat de vorige huurders autopech hadden en later vertrokken!!!!!!!???? Het is geen ruim appartement zoals vermeld. Het is een hok met bank, tafel, kast, bed,stoel en tv. 1 felle lamp aan t plafond. Totaal geen gezelligheid. Niets aan de muur. Gewoon kaal. De badkamer is zo klein dat je je er niet eens aan kunt kleden. En de 3 verwarmingen loeien constant boven de 25 gr. Ze kunnen niet lager want de thermostaat werkt niet. Wat een sof dat appartement. De keukenkraan druppelt 24/7. En tuinmeubilair zijn 2 hele kleine houten klapstoeltjes. We hebben nog nooit zo een slecht verblijf geboekt. Het is nog niet de helft van de huurprijs waard.!!!!!

Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen. De accommodatie was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden dat er niet heel veel te doen was in Leogang maar dat vonden wij niet erg wij kwamen tenslotte voor het skiën. Het is een prachtig gebied om te skiën met zeer veel mogelijkheden.

Hartelijke ontvangst door eigenaresse. Heel leuk, eigenaresse spreekt ook prima Nederlands. Erg leuk huisje voorzien van alle dingen die je nodig hebt. Schoon en heel goed verzorgt. Omgeving is prachtig met uitzicht vanaf de berg op de bergen. Prachtige natuur en echt een omgeving om tot rust te komen (ook actief). Rustig centrum op loopafstand waar je alles wat je nodig hebt kunt kopen (supermarkt). Een paar leuke eetgelegenheden in de nabijheid die tegen een aantrekkelijke prijs lekkere dingen serveren. Wandel- en fietsroutes starten op ongeveer 700 meter van het huisje. Goed aangegeven zowel op routebordjes als op kaarten (beschikbaar in het huisje). Er zijn zeer veel routes in de directe omgeving. Het zijn er genoeg om eventueel een paar weken vol te maken.

De tijden zijn vrij flexibel voor de aankomst. De huiseigenaren zijn super aardig en je kan ze alles vragen! De accommodatie is leuk, passend bij de omgeving, iets wat klein maar alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. De omgeving is super mooi, de pistes zijn goed te bereiken met een bus. Het dorp is daarentegen erg saai en niet veel (niks) te doen. Drankjes kan je beter op de piste doen!
