This 3-bedroom holiday home in Stavelot in the Belgian Ardennes invites a family of 8 members or two smaller families holidaying together. On the terrace, you can stretch out on the sun loungers or have a meal on the garden bench.
This residence is at a short distance of 500 m from the town center and along the road leading to the Spa - Francorchamps race circuit. It is a very good starting point to discover the region. Many walking, hiking, and biking routes in the area await you. Horse riding is also possible nearby. Restaurants are at 500 m only. The town of Spa, known for its thermal baths, is 5 km away.
In the living room, you have a wood-stove to warm you up in winter while you have conversations, read a book, or watch TV. You can prepare meals of your choice in the kitchen and enjoy them together.

Date of stay: February 2023Huisje was prima, verblijf was naar wens. Genoeg ruimte en alles wat nodig is voor een verblijf van een aantal dagen was aanwezig. Zelfs een voetbaltafel.

Date of stay: October 2020 - November 2020Beetje minder gescoord op hygiëne. Pannen waren erg oud en vuil. Ook het bestek kon beter. Vooral de inboedel van de keuken viel tegen. Badkamer en huis zelf waren wel in orde.

Date of stay: August 2018Aankomst was wat primitief, het welkom later op de avond erg hartelijk. Het is een prachtig vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben erg genoten. Even een stukje naar t dorp lopen is gelijk een sportieve aangelegenheid (13%afdaling gelijk om de hoek), maar in de buurt zijn veel dingen te zien en te beleven.

Date of stay: July 2018 - August 2018Eerste indruk van het huisje was prima. Gezellig en compleet ingericht. Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg waar ook hard wordt gereden.

Date of stay: August 2018Ideale ligging, vlakbij centrum van Stavelot, vlakbij Coo. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die naast het huisje wonen. We mochten met onze kindjes naar hun paarden en geiten gaan kijken. Het terras is enkel via de straatkant te bereiken, dat vonden we een beetje een nadeel.
