This 3-bedroom holiday home is a typically Tuscan villa in Lombriciano which can accommodate up to 5 people. It is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or families with children. This home also has a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a private garden to relax. During COVID period the swimmingpool will be closed for sanitair reasons.
This charming villa is situated amid grasslands, and the town center is only 4 km away. Several restaurants and public transport services are also at a short distance of 4 km. The location serves as a tranquil retreat, and you can also take naturistic walks in the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party.
There is a shared swimming pool on the premises which is functional through mid of May till September. The private and illuminated garden decked with furniture also offers an opportunity to soak the panoramic view from the villa. There is a barbeque area at home. You can conveniently park vehicles at the villa , and a maximum of one pet is allowed.

Date of stay: July 2021 - August 2021Heel fijn en ruim vakantiehuis. Perfect voor onze grote vriendengroep met veel kinderen. De overdekte barbecue is ideaal, zo kun je zelfs in de regen barbecueën. Het zwembad was perfect. Veel kinderen hebben 5 uur per dag gezwommen. Doordat de overkapping van glas is warmt de ruimte ontzettend snel op waardoor het water nooit echt koud aanvoelt. De keuken is ruim gesorteerd, alles was er. De mensen die voor het huis zorgen wonen naast het huis dus dat was handig want ze waren er altijd meteen als we iets te vragen hadden. Verder is de omgeving heel mooi, je wandelt zo vanuit het huis in een paar minuten het bos in.
