In the heart of the Condroz, the Domaine sur les Sarts is an 18th century castle-farm, listed as a Monumental Heritage of Belgium, converted into several luxury lodges and suites. The ideal place to come and discover the region while enjoying a high level of comfort. A real corner of paradise to offer visitors an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature. You will immediately be seduced by the authentic character of the building, which retains its old-world charm and has beautiful living rooms where it is good to get together as a couple, with family or friends. The one hectare garden allows you to enjoy a biological swimming pond (unheated) with several terraces and a common barbecue.
The various luxury lodgings and suites offer several accommodation capacities ranging from 2 to 6 people.
Installed in the stables of the castle-farm, the restaurant "La P'tite Auberge" offers a bistronomic cuisine full of relief and sincere, highlighting many local producers.
Domaine Sur Les Sarts is 34 km from Durbuy. It is also a 45-minute drive from the caves of Han-sur-Lesse and 40.2 km from Dinant. The center of Namur is also a 30-minute drive away. Finally, on-site parking is free.
No overflow, no party will be tolerated in order to guarantee the tranquility of the neighbors. Any disrespect or noise at night will mean immediate expulsion.

Date of stay: May 2021Het domein is heel mooi gelegen in de Condroz met mooie vergezichten. Ook de inrichting van het appartement is beschreven zoals op de website. Het meubilair, de muren en het gasfornuis is wel toe aan een opfrissing/vernieuwing. Wij vonden het spijtig dat de communicatie tussen Belvilla en het Domaine Sur les Sarts niet goed is verlopen. De website van het domein laat prachtige faciliteiten zien zoals een restaurant, verwarmd zwembad, wellness. De realiteit was voor ons enigszins anders, het zwembad was niet meer toegankelijk voor ons (enkel nog voor de gîte van 18 personen, incorrecte info op de website van Belvilla), het restaurant was toe en dit ondanks de mogelijkheid tot afhaal of dineren op het terras zeker mogelijk was geweest tijdens met de huidige Covid maatregelen, de wellness was nog niet af/open…. We kregen in de plaats een mooie zwemvijver aangeboden, die nog in volle aanleg was, niet verwarmd (18°C) en krioelde van de muggen. We zijn ervan overtuigd als het volledige domein klaar is, en alle faciliteiten afgewerkt zijn, het echt een leuke plek is om op vakantie te komen en te genieten. Wat ons verblijf wel echt aangenaam heeft gemaakt was de afsluiter van onze week met een mooi zonnig weekend en het heel lekker ontbijt dat we extra hadden bijgeboekt, dit was echt tot in de puntjes verzorgd werd iedere morgen gebracht werd met de smile! Algemeen na deze ervaring kunnen wel stellen, dat Belvilla, niet de service heeft geboden dat hadden verwacht en adviseren we dat u beter dit verblijf rechtstreeks kan boeken bij Domaine Sur les Sarts. We hebben bovenstaande punten proberen te bespreken met Belvilla en we hebben uren proberen ze te bereiken zonder enig succes. Bovendien hebben we €200 extra moeten betalen aan Belvilla t.o.v. de prijs rechtstreeks bij het domein. Dus weer een les geleerd.
