De pelletkachel is moeilijk aan te krijgen voor mensen die het gebruik van een pelletkachel niet kennen. De pelletkachel maakt ook veel lawaai en hebben we niet kunnen programmeren waardoor we steeds in een koud huisje terechtkwamen.

Het huis is goed, maar is gelegen aan een weg met vrij veel autoverkeer. Te veel lawaai daardoor op het terras.. Weg graag verplaatsen. Huis verplaatsen andere mogelijkheid.
