Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors.
After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.
This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund.
Pets not allowed.
Check in MANDATORY between 15.30 and 16.30 for control and explanation pool.

Date of stay: November 2023Super fijne vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. Zag er allemaal tiptop uit en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en in de sauna gerelaxed! Komen zeker nog eens terug!!

Date of stay: October 2023Het was een geweldig familieweekend in Ard'View, mede dankzij de fantastische villa. Bij aankomst waren we zelfs na het zien van de foto's zéér verrast. Het zwembad, de grote living met poolbiljart, de keuken, de slaapkamers, de badkamers waren niet alleen heel schoon maar ook fantastisch ingericht en super voor ons, onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Chapeau!

We missen alleen wat horren tegen de muggen en het plastic terrasmeubilair is ongetwijfeld heel praktisch maar niet super comfortabel. Maar dat gezegd hebbende: je kunt hier een fijne vakantie hebben. Het is een leuke locatie en genoeg te doen in de omgeving.

Date of stay: November 2022Top mooi nieuw huis. Zwembad goed en service goed, na een belletje voor het zwembad verwarmen was er direct binnen 2 uur iemand die het warmer heeft gemaakt. De architect is een die weet wat anno 2022 nodig is, duurzaam, industriële look maar tegelijkertijd heel modern en schoon. Zeker een aanrader, echt.
