Completely renovated villa with spacious sunny living room / dining room, open kitchen and there are 3 bedrooms. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Koksijde-bad and just outside the center and opens onto the dune area. There is a large sunny wooden terrace with plenty of furniture and parking space for at least 3 cars.

On the ground floor are the hall with cloakroom and toilet, living room / dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with its own bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and walk-in shower, a storage room with washing machine, dryer and "American style fridge / freezer" . Access to the terrace with fire bowl, BBQ and garden furniture (secured pond).
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and toilet. 1 Bedroom with a double bed, desk and baby cot. 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 “cars” single bed and desk.
