This beautiful furnished apartment, with many details, is located in a small idyllic village, and is part of a family home. The property, including the family house and the apartment, is partially fenced (80%) and extends over 2000m2. The swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ are shared with another apartment on the property.
Distance from the sea 35km, 11km from the town of Pazin. The balcony offers a great view of the village and the surrounding area.
Ideal for 4-6 people. It is equipped with: air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, TV / DVD, satellite and a safe. The balcony has access to the pool and summer kitchen which has gas grill and a charcoal grill. There are sunbeds for 12 people. We also have a playground for children. There are 3 parking spaces. We also allow the picking of vegetables from the organic garden.

Date of stay: June 2023Prachtig appartement. Zeer ruim. Mario en Marina zijn super. Al een paar keer de wijn mogen proeven die Mario zelf maakt. Hij stookt ook heerlijke slivovice. We hebben ook al een mooie wandeling samen met Mario gemaakt. Top genieten hier.

Date of stay: October 2021This place is the real deal. I went there in autumn and the view was even better than on the photos. The organic vegetable garden was amazing and they even had 3 bikes we could borrow. It's actually not where the map says it is, but in a tiny village north of it. Is say that's even better: the place is quiet and gorgeous. The owner was very hospitable too: she really helped us out.

Date of stay: July 2019 - August 2019De aankomst was erg vriendelijk, we waren veel te vroeg bij de woning en zijn daarom eerst naar het nabijgelegen Pazin gegaan om wat te eten en wat boodschappen te doen, maar we kregen meteen de afstandsbediening van de poort mee. De eigenaren woonden boven ons maar we hadden alle privacy! Het zwembad wat we deelden met 1 ander gezin was prachtig! Mooi schoon, met douche en perfecte temperatuur. Er was een buitenkeuken met barbecue, koelkast en spoelbak een vaste overkapping en een moestuin waar we van alles uit mochten gebruiken, de eigenaar kwam regelmatig een kannetje van zijn zelfgemaakte wijn brengen. Er is niks in de buurt te doen! Daar moet je wel rekening mee houden maar daarom is het ook heerlijk rustig met prachtige sterrenhemels . Het ligt ook erg centraal waardoor je makkelijk dagtochten naar alle kanten van istrie kan maken. Het huis en de tuin/zwembad was erg schoon en goed onderhouden, na 1 week kwam de eigenaresse met schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. De wasmachine was ook erg handig, we hebben alles schoon mee naar huis genomen en weer zo in de kast gelegd :) de eigenaren spreken gebrekkig Engels en Duits maar met Google Translate kom je een heel eind! De lieve eigenaresse heeft ons ook nog uitgenodigd op een heerlijke zelfgemaakte maaltijd, echt schatten van mensen!!! Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie!
