Selca is located just above the port of Sumartin and is known for its olive oil production. House building with Bracer limestone and the stonemason and sculptor tradition are also kept alive here. Sumartin is located in the southeast of the large Dalmatian island of Brac, and is both a beautiful seaside resort and a starting point for interesting trips around the island and the mainland.

Interesting landscapes, beautiful harbor towns such as Milna, Sutivan and Bol look forward to your visit, and last but not least the "most beautiful beach in Croatia", the Golden Horn near Bol. From Sumartin there is a ferry connection to Makarska 3-4 times a day, and there is also a larger ferry between Split and Supetar/Brac several times a day. Thus, day trips to the beautiful coastal towns of Dalmatia are also possible.
