MAX 2 DOGS - NO YOUTH GROUPS - HEAT PUMP = ENERGY FRIENDLY HOUSE On a really nice enclosed plot, surrounded by trees and yet with a lot of light, we have a really nice cottage. The house contains everything in modern aids and is decorated in a nice cohesive style - nothing is left to chance. Kitchen and living room are in open communication with each other. From the living room there is access to the terraces, which are located on several sides of the house, so there can always be a shelter. From the living room there is also access to a beautiful large active dining room, with both pool table, table football and darts. From the activity room there is access to a spacious loft - a perfect place for the children to have fun. All bedrooms appear bright and again with nice decor. A beautiful house, close to water, town and with opportunities for shopping, cafe and beach life. Free final cleaning!

Besonders gut hat uns der große Garten und die ruhige Lage gefallen, Das Haus ist sehr groß und ansprechend eingerichtet, Die Kinder haben den Gamesroom mit Billard und Darts gerne benutzt, Es ist schön, dass es eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool gibt, diese haben wir aber aufgrund des schönen Wetters nicht benutzt,
