Description

Holiday home located in a quiet area approx. 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches on Marielyst. The cottage is furnished with an open kitchen, dining and living room and is bright and well furnished with three good rooms. Bathroom with underfloor heating, and there is also a washer and dryer. The cottage is well equipped with free internet, TV with many Danish, German and Scandinavian channels. There is PlayStation3, swings and sandbox, so there are plenty of opportunities to have fun. From the living room there is access to an unheated conservatory and there is also access to the terrace and garden, where you can grill and have fun. The cottage can be used in all seasons as there is a wood burning stove and oil burner and in addition it is well insulated. There is also a carport. Large natural plot of approx. 1,300 m2, where you can enjoy the sun and relax on sun loungers. Not for rent to youth groups.

Dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem wunderschönen, großen Grundstück, Der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön! Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern und zweckdienlich, Sehr schön ist auch der große Wintergarten, Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und der traumhafte Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, / / Ein großes Manko war die Sauberkeit, Das komplette Sofa (inklusive Decken und Kissen) war mit weißen Hundehaaren übersäht und wir haben erstmal 20 Minuten das Bad geschrubbt, Wir haben das Haus sauberer verlassen, als wir es vorgefunden haben, Und das obwohl wir eine Endreinigung (120¬ ) bezahlt haben,
