Underfloor heating throughout the house. There are no TV channels, but Apple TV and thus the ability to watch own streaming services. There is access to the plot from all rooms and access to the large terrace from the living room, where the peace and views of the fields can be enjoyed. Large lawn with space for ball games and play. Short distance to smaller sandy and pebble beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
