This 5-bedroom holiday home in Pénestin can accommodate 10 people. It is perfect for families with children and comes with a relaxing terrace to enjoy a barbecue.
You can have fun at the beach (.8 km) or explore Pénestin (3km). During low tide you will find mussels, oysters and shells on the rocks and can try fising at the water tables. Guérande (20km) with its salt marshes and medieval town center is worth a visit. Vannes with its medieval streets and castles is only 40 minutes away and Brittany is also nearby to enjoy the castles and menhirs. Supermarket, restaurants and town center are 3 km away.
You can enjoy the surroundings in the fenced garden with garden furniture. There is a TV, DVD player and fireplace in the living room to relax. Boules court is fun as well. Children's bed and high chair are provided for free.
Airport is 85 km away and train station is at 30 km.
It is forbidden to recharge electric cars within the property due to extra costs of electricity .

Date of stay: July 2017Het huis is redelijk ruim, maar voor een groep van 9 personen aan de krappe kant. Het is duidelijk een gezinswoning, waar wat extra slaapkamers aan zijn gebouwd, zodat er meer mensen in passen. Bij goed weer kun je prima buiten zitten, daar is veel ruimte. Bij slecht weer is de huiskamer aan de krappe kant voor 9 personen. Er is 1 douche, is ook weinig voor een grote groep. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huis is verder compleet ingericht. Het strand is zeer dichtbij, maar daar kun je niet zwemmen. Teveel stenen in het water en te veel slik. Als je in zee wilt moet je naar een strand een paar minuten rijden verder (Mine d'Or). Penestin is een aardig plaatsje, met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Je kunt goed fietsen en kanoën in de directe omgeving.

Date of stay: August 2010Onze woning lag niet enkel vlakbij enkele rustige stranden, bij laag water was het een paradijs voor wie van vissen en zeevruchten houdt. Mosselen, oesters en schelpen zijn er in het seizoen op de rotsen genoeg te vinden en er zijn mooie zandplassen om roze garnalen te vangen. Naast de traditionele strandvakantie is er dus ook visplezier voor jong en oud. In het dorpje Penestin, ongeveer 3km van de woning gelegen, zijn alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen: kleine winkeltjes, enkele restaurantjes en bars en er is een Carrefour aan de rand van het dorp. 2 x per week is er in de zomer ook een uitgebreide markt in de straten.
