Oud, gedateerd, slecht onderhouden! Huis is niet vrijstaand! Hele kleine hokkerige slaapkamers. Buitenom vieze muren, ook bij zwembad in tegenstelling tot de foto's op de site. Vieze matrassen (urinevlekken, te vies om aan te pakken). Toilet kan je alleen gebruiken als je er dwars op gaat zitten, was overigens ook lek waardoor we in gebouwtje ernaast, op verzoek eigenaar, gebruik van toilet moesten maken. Oprijpad bijna niet omhoog te komen met de auto , eigenaar heeft hier wel direct actie op ondernomen maar dit lapmiddel werkte 2 dagen. Terras is half afgebouwd, met kleine kinderen is dit levensgevaarlijk. Pluspunten: prima zwembad, fijne grote koel/vrieskast, prima BBQ. Prijs/kwaliteit is echter ver te zoeken, is de naam villa niet waardig.
