Tolle Lage und Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Haus mit super Ausnutzung von Platz und Ausstattung mit allem wesentlichen, was man braucht.

Het huisje stonk enorm naar schimmel, muf. Toen ik op onderzoek uitging, bleek er in het keukenkasje een ware champignon kwekerij te zitten van halve m2, zwarte en witte schimmel. Toen ik de klacht meldde, kwamen er pas de volgende dag 2 mannen. Die hebben de muur achter het keukenkastje opengebroken en dichtgesmeerd. Toen ik aangaf dat er ook in de kast, bij de slaapkamer van de kinderen ook schimmel zat (en ook op de wc en badkamer), zei één van de mannen 'daar kan ik niets aan doen'. Een vies huis vol vochtplekken. Het is klein en het terras is rommelig gelegd. Ik vind dat het huisje niet verhuurbaar was. En ik vind het vreemd dat de schoonmakers dit niet hebben geconstateerd, was het dan wel schoongemaakt?? Het zwembad is goed, de ligging is rustig en de afstand naar zee is te lopen. Veel te duur, voor wat je krijgt, los van de schimmel.
