Tips Owner

We are ideally situated for all the Normandie tourist sites. Including the D day landing beaches, museums and cemeteries. Also the historic city of Caen, with the amazing D Day museum, beautiful Bayeux and Le Mont St Michel are within easy reach. The long sandy beach at Omaha is safe and clean and the shallow water is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, building sand castles, walking along the waters edge or just relaxing in the sun where our freedom began 75 years ago. Zoo de Jurgues and festyland are a must for families and there are many other attractions and activities for children of all ages!We have some great walks around the gite for dog lovers. This year I am going to make maps of various walks your pet will enjoy. For eating out St Lo has many bars and restaurants and is only 8 km away and we can recommend cafe's and restaurants depending on your preferred taste.Should you prefer to relax at home, the gite kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or there is the BBQ on the patio in the garden. We have U.K. T.V and radio and free WiFiWe live in the cottage next door so we here when you arrive. Also to help with you any queries or problems that may arise.
