Description
This is a splendid villa with a private swimming pool right next to the picturesque Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. Built on a rocky hillside, the villa consists of several floors. From the upper level and the terrace, you enjoy a view of the Mont Ventoux and the surroundings.
Ideally situated between the Drôme and the Ardèche, the house is a perfect starting point for exploring both regions dotted with famous little towns and typical Provencal villages. Only half an hour's drive takes you to some of the most famous villages of Provence Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres or Nyons.
The bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning. Board games and a few free games for children are at your disposal. The parking facility is also available for 3-4 cars. There are three garden lounges where you can enjoy your meals.
After your stay, you can throw the waste in the garbage cans down the street.
Due to its layout over several floors, this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

Date of stay: June 2023 - July 2023Huis is koel door gebruik airco. (in alle kamers 1) Buiten kunnen we amper zitten zonder compleet lek geprikt te worden door de muggen. Muggenspray e.d. helpen niet helaas. Zwembad oké, 1 parasol, beetje weinig, maar ook daar lek geprikt door de muggen. Parkeren op eigen terrein dmv zeer steile helling en krappe bocht; 2e keer ging al wat beter. Auto staat niet overdekt; er is een garage, maar niet voor gebruik van huurders helaas. DVD speler ondanks Belvilla's bewering is niet aanwezig in het huis. Frankrijk is voor ons lekker buiten zitten met een wijntje; helaas dat zullen we thuis gaan doen. Ontvangst was vriendelijk, in het frans, af en toe een enkel Engels woordje, met uitgebreide rondleiding door het huis. Uitzicht uit het huis is prachtig, plaatsje is te voet (via steile helling dus) ca 1,5 km in ca half uurtje te doen. Markt is groot in het dorp.

Date of stay: July 2022 - August 2022Bij aankomst was het huis mooi schoon en lekker koel. De ligging van het huis is op een heuvel en je moet heuvel op wel even gas geven. Om het huis in te komen moeten er wel een trap genomen worden (2x vanaf waar de auto staat). De auto zelf kan mooi op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is erg mooi, met in de verre verte de Mont Ventoux. Het huis zelf is voorzien van alle gemak met in elke slaapkamer een badkamer met toilet. Ook hebben alle kamers een airco wat in de periode dat wij er waren geen overbodige luxe was (temperaturen van boven 35 graden voor 2 weken). Het zwembad was erg lekker en aangenaam. Dit ligt 's ochtends tot een uur of 1 in de volle zon, daarna door begroeiing in de schaduw om vervolgens tegen het einde van de dag weer in de zon te komen. Allemaal prima te doen. Ik zal niet snel 2x naar eenzelfde bestemming afreizen, maar zou het hier overwegen gezien het huis en de ligging. Een dikke aanrader.!!
