Description

This authentic villa is located between vineyards and olive trees in the French Saint-Jaume. You have an incredible view over the hilly landscape and it is an excellent choice for family holidays.

The area is very suitable for cycling and walking tours. The nice center of Lorgues is 4.5 km from the house and the center of nearby Draguignan (16 km) is also easily accessible. A visit to the Gorges du Verdon - Aiguines (45 km) is worthwhile.

The house has been renovated but the warm character has been preserved. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature on hot summer days and you can leave your car in the parking lot. Enjoy a good book and a glass of wine in the garden or on the terrace!

Mooi gelegen villa op groot perceel. Wel wat problemen voor slecht lopenden door losliggende terrastegels. Helaas ligt het zwembad een terrasverdieping hoger dan de villa zelf.

We hebben 2 weken genoten van een fantastische vakantie in het vakantiehuis in Lorgues. Het huis ligt op de zuidflank van een heuvel met een uitzonderlijk mooi vergezicht richting middellandse zee en het historische centrum van Lorgues. Het was fijn vertoeven in deze authentieke en smaakvol ingerichte woning. Alle luxe is aanwezig. Het zwembad is gloednieuw en ook daar dat oninneembare zicht op de omgeving. We werden bij aankomst goed ontvangen door de uiterst vriendelijke contactpersoon Mevr Boumaza. Zij was gedurende ons verblijf steeds bereikbaar en stelde alles in het werk om ons te helpen. Zeer klantvriendelijk. Lorgues is een typisch provençaals dorpje, telidden de wijngaarden, een leuke vakantiebestemming met tal van mogelijkheden. Kortom

Excellent location and surroundings. Beautiful views, great terrace and pool. On the negative side, the promised airconditioning consists of two mobile devices (no general system) which is not efficient, there is not enough bed linnen for everyone, and the internet connection is poor.
