Description
Bastide Saint Esprit is a large villa with a fenced and heated private swimming pool. It is located on private grounds of approximately 6,000 m², part of which consists of terraces and olive trees. The house offers a lot of privacy and is ideal for 2 families.
The house is located in a beautiful residential area, 3.5 km from the lovely Draguignan. The nice town of Draguignan is located in the heart of the Var, about 40 km from the Mediterranean Sea. You will find nice shops, supermarkets for daily necessities and restaurants for a pleasant evening out.
The garden contains large cypresses that have been watching over the grounds for over 100 years. You have a view over the valley from the house and there is a pool house by the pool where you can sit in the shade. On request, the swimming pool can be heated outside the high season. Enjoy a pleasant barbecue evening and eat together at the outdoor dining table.
The 3 bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning.
Switching on the swimming pool heating is always done on request and is only possible outside the summer months. During the months of July and August, the water itself has a wonderful temperature.
