Stay in this attractive villa with a great location and various facilities that make life easier and more fun. It has its own swimming pool and you can fully enjoy unforgettable holidays with family and friends.Villa Casaou is located just outside the center of the village of Le Luc en Provence. The bakery, some cafes and the post office can be found just over a kilometer away on foot. There are also several supermarkets such as a Lidl, an Intermarche and the large Leclerc less than 2.5 km away. The access road to the motorway is close by, so cities such as Cannes, Nice and Aix en Provence can be reached within an hour. The beaches of St. Maxime, Fréjus and St. Tropez are a 40 to 55-minute drive from the house.The accommodation itself has a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and air conditioning for cooling. The children can enjoy themselves with the available toys and there is an outdoor shower by the pool.In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a bathroom with shower and sink. Bedroom 3 or the Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sink, bath and spacious walk-in shower. There is underfloor heating in the main house. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The two (identical) studios in the garden both have their own shower, toilet and sink. Both studios are also air-conditioned. It is also possible to rent only the main house for 6 or 10 people. When renting to 6 people, 2 studios will be closed and when renting to 8 people, 1 studio will be closed.
