The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment offers a wonderful view of the Laber Bay. Just enjoy the quiet location here. Right behind the small apartment building, a small footpath leads you directly to the sea and after just a few more steps you reach the first small sand and pebble beach Plage de Groa Rouz. The spacious and covered balcony is particularly pleasant, from here you can watch the hustle and bustle of the sports and fishing boats. The center of the popular harbor and health resort can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Built on a peninsula open to the English Channel, Roscoff is always worth a visit. The charm of this city, which is both a port, a spa and a seaside resort, leaves no visitor indifferent. A few minutes' walk from the historic old town is the fishing port and boats for crossing to the island of Batz. In addition to a casino and the oldest thalassotherapy center in France and the newly built marina, there are numerous boutiques and many fish restaurants in the small town.

rustig gelegen appartement met mooi uitzicht over de baai. Inrichting is wat ouderwets maar alles was aanwezig. Keukeninventaris was niet allemaal schoon. Wij hebben erg veel last gehad van het geluid van de automatische ventilatie. Deze staat dag en nacht aan met in de keuken/woonkamer een hoog fluittoon. Direct de volgende dag een sms gestuurd( geen reactie) 2 dagen later een mail waarna wij gebeld zijn door een mevrouw die ons vertelde dat het nou eenmaal zo werkt. Er kon niets aan gedaan worden. Heel jammer, dit heeft een stempel gedrukt op ons verblijf.

Haben eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, Der tolle Ausblick über die Bucht hat immer wieder fasziniert (auch bei Ebbe), Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, Diese Ferienwohnung ist echt empfehlenswert, Wir hatten auch einen netten Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin,die sehr hilfsbereit war, Anmerkung zum fehlenden TV Empfang Deutscher TV Programme : In der Wohnung ist nur ein TV mit DVB-T vorhanden
