Thanks to two large window fronts, the living area is particularly bright and flooded with light. From the comfortable couch you have a beautiful view of the south-facing garden. From the bedroom, which is located on the garden side, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea as soon as you wake up. 2 parking spaces are available on the private property. The two beautiful beaches of the seaside resort can be reached in a few minutes. The Godelins beach is sheltered and surrounded by high cliffs, the sunny Le Moulin beach is ideal for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The popular coastal hiking trail GR 34 leads along the harbor and the beaches for many kilometers and always offers breathtaking viewpoints. The coast of the Goëlo is a very scenic stretch of coast. Steep coasts alternate with small bays, fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are very close by, at the ""Pointe de Plouha"". A day trip to the flower island of Bréhat (departure point north of Paimpol) is particularly recommended on board a fishing trawler with a fresh breeze of sea air.
