Date of stay: February 2019Aankomst, sleutel opgehaald waarbij we 4 sleutels kregen. Dat voldeed aan onze behoeften dus we hebben niet verder gevraagd. Bij binnengaan van het huis bleek de sleutel van het appartement op de begane grond niet bij de 4 sleutels te zijn, dus hebben we de appartementen op 1ste en 2-de gebruikt. Diezelfde avond ontvang ik een mailtje dat ze mij niet telefonisch konden bereiken. Ze hadden inmiddels uitgevonden dat de 5-de sleutel ook overhandigd had moeten worden want wij hadden het gehele huis gehuurd. In plaats van die te komen brengen (het was hun fout) mochten wij ca 45 km komen rijden om die te halen. Ik heb netjes geantwoord dat wij die niet kwamen halen met het verzoek om de niet noodzakelijke schoonmaakkosten, 1/5 van het totaal, over te maken tezamen met de borg. Dit lijkt mij nog steeds niets meer dan normaal. Enige opmerkingen omtrent voorzieningen/uitrusting van het huis. Hunau 2 Lamp in kamer werkt niet geen verwarming in slaapkamer 2 deur badkamer sleept over de grond en maakt zoveel herrie dat iedereen in het huis wakker wordt beugels in koelkast ontbreken dus je kunt geen flessen in de deur plaatsen Hunau 1 Lamp in kamer werkt niet en de papieren omhulling is kapot (ook in overige kamers) 2-de verdieping stop in bad ontbreekt geen passende plug in keuken staande lamp werkt niet en kap kapot douche kop niet vast te zetten deur slaapkamer bovenste scharnier defect.

Date of stay: October 2015 - November 2015Es ist ein nettes Haus an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, ohne Garten, aber mit einer großzügigen Terasse. Es gubt zwei Stellplätzen und Parkmöglichkeiten in näheren Umgebung auch. Kleiner süßer Ort mit viel Gastronomie und Park und Spielplatz. Schön zum Spazieren. Das Haus selbst hat keinen gr0ßen Gemeinschaftsraum, ist in 5 in sich abgeschlossenen Wohnungen mit je 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Küche, Wohn- und Badezimmer unterteilt. Ein gemeinsames Treppenhaus und leider keine Klingelanlage...der Pizzadienst muss laut klopfen -) WLAN ist auf Anfrage bei der Vermieterin doch möglich. Danke
