Description

This traditional 20-bedroom holiday home located in the beautiful Eifel Nationalpark near Monschau can accommodate up to 50 guests and is lately completely renovated and modernised. Suitable for large families and groups of friends, this home also features a private garden, a terrace, and a fenced courtyard with BBQ.

The strategic location of this recently convenient holiday home is only 1 km away from supermarkets and restaurants. If you want to witness the nightlife of the region, you can find bars 1 km away. There is also a scenic lake, 5 km away, perfect for picnicking by the banks.

Enjoy the scenic views from the lovely terrace with garden furniture and extend conversations over a fun barbecue there. There is also a recreation room with indoor games to keep you entertained. Parking is on-site. You can bring 3 of your pets to stay.. Fireworks and noisy parties are forbidden, there is a concierge nearby.

Public transport is available 1 km away, and the nearest ski lift is 5 km away.

Note: A stainless steel grill is provided free of charge, it should be returned clean, otherwise we will charge €100 for cleaning costs. All cutlery, plates and other items should also be dried cleanly. This is not included in the final cleaning.

The departure time should be adhered to as we only have a short period of time to prepare for the next group. If the period is not met, we will charge an additional day of stay. (€500 + €150 additional costs).

Huis lijkt uit de stenentijdperk te komen. Wc die verstopt was douche waar alleen koud water uit komt. Huis is super oud en gedateerd Eigenaar wilt 50 euro van mijn Borg inhouden (hier zijn wij nog mee bezig) omdat er paar peuken op de grond liggen. WIj betalen hier enmorm veel geld voor de schoonmaak , dus een paar peuken opruimen hoort er ook bij. Buiten geen banken of stoelen om te zitten Schakelaars binnen werken niet. Dit doe je door de zekering aan en uit te doen, Huis bestaat uit verschillende ruimtes en daardoor niet geschikt voor een groep. Oude intrichting (kringloopwinkel kwaliteit). WIj boeken 2 keer per jaar een huis in de Eifel om motor te rijden, Deze is met stipt de allerslechtste ooit en de eigenaar probeerd nog eens 50 euro te nemen om een paar peukjes op te ramen. (naar zijn eigen zeggen 2 uur)

De ontvangst was niet prettig. De toon waarop werd gesproken en alles werd uitgelegd was alsof wij van plan waren zoveel mogelijk schade aan te brengen aan het huis. Het huis zelf was schoon en eenvoudig maar goed ingericht. Vooral de grote ruimtes op de begane grond waren prettig. De kamers aan de voorkant hadden veel last van autoverkeer. De omgeving is heerlijk. We hebben vanuit het huis een aantal grote wandelingen kunnen maken.
