Description
These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.
You will have a living room and an open-plan kitchen with various appliances at your disposal. There is one bedroom with two single beds (set up as a double bed) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two single beds each which can also be put together to make a double bed. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. All beds are box-spring beds. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

Date of stay: November 2022Mit der Beleuchtung im Haus waren wir sehr unzufrieden. Im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist die Deckenlampe mit keinem geeigneten Leuchtmittel bestückt. Ohne Tageslicht oder Taschenlampe hätten wir keine Sachen im Schrank gefunden. Auch das Licht im Wohnzimmer, besonders über dem Esstisch, ist nicht geeignet, etwas zu Lesen. Ziemlich nervig!

Date of stay: September 2021 - October 2021Was sauberkeit betrift , muss sagen das im Haus nur der Boden und das Bad sauber war, die Fenster ,Türen,Tisch dreckig.Was mir noch nicht gefalen hat sind die TV Programe, in Deutschlad magere 7 sender in Deutsch und der rest Holland (habe mich gefragt ob ich vieleicht in Holland bin).Der Pool GESCHLOSSEN (bezahlt aber Anlage mit Pool).Im ganzen bin ich mit der Anlage nicht zufrieden ,für die die Golf spielen ist das optimales Ort aber für normale urauber nicht .

Date of stay: September 2020Park is mooi midden in de natuur. Alles met auto bereikbaar. Honden toegestaan maar op park zelf geen uitlaat mogelijkheden. Bungalow netjes en ruim. Erg fijn dat wasmachine en droger aanwezig was. Nadeel dat smart tv niet was aangesloten op het internet.
