Date of stay: June 2021 - July 2021Der Vermieter war pünktlich zum Treffpunkt und höflich. Die Wohnung war zweckdienlich, bot aber nicht den in der Beschreibung enthaltenen Backofen und machte Selbstkochen nur beschränkt möglich; zumal nur zwei Elektroherdplatten. Satelliten Fernsehen wurde angeboten, war gerätetechnisch auch vorhanden, nur nicht nutzbar. Die Mieter der Nachbarwohnung hatten die fehlenden Empfangsmöglichkeit offensichtlich reklamiert, es erschienen auch Handwerker, die Abhilfe bereiten sollten, dies aber nicht in der Woche herbeiführten. Da wir offiziell keine Reklamation vorgebracht haben machen wir keine rechtlichen Schritte (Mietminderung) geltend; werden aber dieses Wohnobjekt künftig nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen.

Date of stay: September 2020Appartement was netjes en schoon. Sleutel overdracht was wel iets anders dan wij hadden verwacht volgens de beschrijving. Vrij compleet appartement wel hebben wij een leeslampje naast het bed gemist.
